How do I login?

Simply enter the number from your redemption certificate as well as your shipping zip code for security verification.

What if I lose my redemption certificate?

Contact your local MS Chapter.

When will I receive my prize selection?

Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time your order is placed until you receive that item.

How do I know you received my prize selection order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your prize to the e-mail address you provide.

When does my redemption certificate expire?

The expiration date for prize redemption is printed on your gift certificate and prize letter.

What happens if you cannot ship my item?

In the off chance we cannot ship your selection we will e-mail you with similar items for you to choose from.

I would like to exchange my prize for a different selection.

NMSS does not allow the exchange of a prize selection. Be sure to look carefully at all size and/or color charts related to applicable items.

I have a question regarding my order.

Keep all original packing materials and contact Darter Incentives within five days at info@darterpress.com or by phone at (203) 699-9805. Our hours of operation are 9am – 5pm EST, Monday - Thursday, 9am – 4pm EST on Friday.

My item arrived damaged.

Contact Darter Incentives within 7 days for receipt and we will correct the problem. Please keep the item in its original packaging.
